• $15 Per Signature (2 signatures = $30)

• $60 Service Fee for appointments within 15 Miles of Watsonville, 95076

• $70 Service Fee for appointments more then 15 Miles from Watsonville, 95076

• $80 Service Fee for appointments over 40 miles from Watsonville, 95076

• After- Hours. An additional charge of $20 will be added to all appointments before 8am or after 6pm. Appointments that fall on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

• $100 Service Fee for Watsonville Community Hospital

• $180 Service Fee for Dominican Hospital

• $180 Service Fee for Community Hospital of Monterey

Areas of service include- Watsonville, Aromas, Salinas, Aptos, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, Gilroy.
